Just download the mod, read the rules changes for the current season (make sure to accept them, in order to join the season 'officially') and get to the track to practice!
Right now, you'll have to use one of the Pirelli teams cars, since you'll start as a 'reserve driver', but not everyone with a permanent seat is showing up to race, so soon some (or probably all) of the reserve drivers will get permanent seats from the guys who are not showing up...
Anyway...

Hey all, I know it's kinda mid season. But I'm hoping to see if it's possible to get in on any racing this season? I've been trying to get back into some F1 racing and iRacing just doesn't hold my attention anymore. So, is there still time to join in?

If you'd like to join right now, you would do it as a Reserve Driver, meaning you have to drive for one of the Pirelli cars (extra teams we added), but don't worry because all the cars have the exact same physics.

If you stay in the league, in the future, you may get a permanent seat as well.

I know most of the rules as I raced in leagues for about 7 years. 
And yeah, I can drive pirelli cars

It's good that you're already an experienced driver.
Still, read OUR rules and you also gotta post that you agree & accept them - so make SURE to read them CAREFULLY!

Other than that, just download the mod and the tracks and get online on the server to practice for the next race:

(give special attention to the ALLOWED TIRES - DON'T join the server with NOT allowed tires, please - this could create 'false' laptimes in our LiveRacers database)
