If you're having problems with the mirrors open up your .plr file, go to [ Graphic Options ] and try these settings

Rearview Cull="0"

Self In Cockpit Rearview="0"

I tried and it didn't work for me.. =/

I already had the line
Self In Cockpit Rearview="0"

But the line
Rearview Cull="0"

was set to "1" and I switched it to "0", but it just didn't make any difference..

My guess is that the virtual mirrors are set/placed on some point in space (X, Y and Z coordenates) when they built the 3D car models and then the only way to change that, would be by editing the 3D car models (one by one) and setting a better place (coordinates) for the virtual rearview mirrors (where parts of the car wouldn't appear and block the vision)..

The problem is that IF my 'theory' is correct, I don't know how to edit that, since I don't have (or know how to work with) any 3D editor/program..

But anyway.. I hope Alaster's tip works for other people!
Thanks for trying anyway, mate!

My virtual mirrors for cockpit view is showing the view of the front of the car instead of the back. (and its also mirrored)
I dont know why. Any solution?

However, in TV Cockpit view, the view is fine, but there is a black triangle in the middle mirror. (air box?)
I tried the method above but nothing works for me. Sad
The mirrors in rFr GP works fine and no problems.

Was this happening before?

Did you change any settings or files lately?

And yes, in the TC Cam view, the 'black triangle' is actually a part of your car that appears in all cars in this mod - it's annoying and blocks the view of the center virtual mirror, but I don't know how to solve that and I also think the mod makers did it on purpose to 'force' us to use only the side mirrors, to make it more realistic..

The setting "Virtual Rearview In Cockpit = 1" in the plr file was the only thing I changed very recently, like 1 day ago?
Before this, I played with TV cockpit because I thought there was no virtual mirrors for cockpit view.
So I discovered that setting.

Well, that's weird, because it shouldn't have altered your actual virtual mirror view - I mean, you should NOT be seeing the front of your car on your mirror - LOL

Try changing the setting back and see if the problem disappears - just as an experiment to see if it's this particular setting that's creating the issue.

And if the problem remains, I can also suggest you to re-download and re-install ONLY the SRD mod.

My virtual mirrors work fine on all cameras - except for that 'black triangle' part that, as I said before, appears on all cars anyway in this mod..

Ok, for cockpit view, the mirrors in the actual real car are still showing the front and are mirrored too.
For tv cockpit, nothing changes.
I'll try to reinstall it.
