SRD S2 - Season Drivers' Numbers

As F1 in real life, we're gonna allow the drivers to pick their own numbers and they're gonna be displayed on their car liveries and game info.

The numbers will be valid for the CURRENT SEASON ONLY and at every new season, the drivers may request a new (or to keep the same) number.

The Driver Number picking order is based on the last season's Final Standings and the Champion is the first person to make his picks, then the 2nd place, then the 3rd place and so on..

The numbers can be from #0 (or #00) to #99, EXCEPT for the #1, which will always be reserved for the Champion of the previous season (IF he wants to use it - the Champion can choose between using the #1 or just keeping his original number).
