Weird how in testing i was doing 14 laps stints on the mediums,while in the race they give up on me by lap 8

Maybe you tested offline and with a different tyre wear.
on the server we use tyre wear x5.
If you practice offline, be sure to use the same server settings.
Otherwise, try to practice always online (on the server), to make sure you're practicing with the same settings/conditions you'll find in the race.

Actually... I think ADI finished in 20th (based on the completed laps)... But he only got that DQ because he hit the wall on purpose and the GAME DQed him - that DQ is not 'legit', I think...

I only practiced on the server.

Then I don't know why such a big difference.
My Hards lasted well for 13/14 laps, but my Meds lasted well only for 9/10 laps (Softs only for 7/8 laps).
Are you sure about the tyre wear you were using in your tests and then in the race?

In certain races, since we have fights, spins, hard brakings and etc, that may help to increase the tyre wear a little but, but you said it decreased its life time from 14 laps to 8 laps, so.. that's a little bit too much and pretty weird.

Something is wrong with this 'picture' somewhere...

Yes. And I myself don't think that was a legit DQ.
Gotta wait to see what the other admins think about it.
I know it's not a big deal if your position is 20th or 23rd, but I think we should do the 'right' things.
Anyway... just MY opinion.

backmarcker you praticed with mediums on the server right? but you was with the fuel for 28 laps, cause
more height=more tyre wear, and spins, and hard brakes and all sexy already said

to be honest i was just speaking abouting the gas... , but i will save the other things you said, will be helpfull

we should just use the game results as they are, this is what i did before.

if the game gives you a DQ, for whatever reason, your result should go down as DQ.

Yes, but the game makes 'mistakes' and sometimes give an unrealistic result just because of its own settings.
As I said before, it's not a big deal if ADI's place is 20th or 23rd, but let's just use common sense... that DQ was not legit - it was something 'artificially' created by the game.

Anyway... ADI and everyone else, pliss be careful to DON'T get a DQ on the next time, because even if it's not a legit one, that would fuck up the official (and real) results.
