As we said before, we strongly believe this is a typical rFactor conflict between different mods on the same rFactor install.

Try creating a new (fresh, from scratch) rFactor install and then add ONLY the rFR GP Series mod and tracks to this install.

Keep the Porsche and the SRD mods on ANOTHER install.

This should solve the problem, although I strongly recommend you to always install different mods on different rF installs - most of rF mods work fine on a same rF install, but sometimes conflicts like that may happen, so just for safety, I like to install my mods on different rF installs, so I suggest you to do the same.

so if i install a new rfactor with the gp series do i have to create a new desktop icon or just run it from the original folder?

Actually you will have to run it from the rF_Scan.exe file...


I mean.. you need to sync to this new install:

rFR GP Series MOD... TRACKS... and rF_Scan - so then you will run it from the rF_Scan.exe file in THIS new install - got it?

This is a bit off topic, but here's an example of how I have things on my computer...

On the pic below, you guys can see some of my current rFactor installs - one for each mod/series:

(The 'fresh install' one is the original game files already installed, so everytime I need a new install for a new mod, I just create a new folder and copy those 'fresh install' files inside this new folder and then I just add the new mod and tracks to it - better than actually installing the game again and again everytime I need a new install.. - And the 'data' folder is where I keep all the league files: replays, logs, etc... )
